Bertrand BADIE is a French political scientist and international relations specialist, emeritus professor at Sciences Po Paris. He is one of the most renowned French specialists in international relations. Particularly, he wrote “The Sociology of the State” (1979), “The Imported State” (1992) and “Diplomacy of Connivance” (2011).
